The Street, Goyt Valley...won, for the fourth year running, in 2002,by Adrian Thorp.
An annual event organised by Bob Ingham (ably assisted by "Mechanic-to-the-Stars" Harry Johnson) which involves a bunch of mad cyclists' charging all over the lanes (and muddy tracks!) of Cheshire, usually without mud-guards, in pursuit of the elusive hare. It could involve riding between 10 and 18 miles depending on your cheating capabilities. Always a good event with tempers fraying and people getting lost, but good fun none the less!
